Logging In to pcso1 – What You Should Know
Logging in to pcso1 is designed to be simple and quick, while still keeping your account secure. Here's a full explanation of how the login process works, what to do if you run into issues, and how the platform's security features protect your account every time you sign in.
How to Log In
To access your pcso1 account, enter the email address or Philippine mobile number you used during registration, followed by your password. If OTP verification is enabled on your account – which is applied by default – a one-time password will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to complete the login process.
The OTP is valid for a short window and is sent only once per login request. If the OTP expires before you enter it, you can request a new one from the same screen. Make sure your registered mobile number is active and receiving SMS messages.
Account Security at Login
Every login session on pcso1 is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. This means your credentials – email, password, and OTP – are encrypted during transmission and cannot be read by anyone intercepting the connection. The platform does not store passwords in plaintext; they are securely hashed.
OTP login verification provides a second layer of protection beyond your password. Even if someone else obtained your password, they would still need your registered Philippine mobile number to receive the OTP and complete the login. This makes unauthorised account access significantly harder.
Security reminder: pcso1 will never contact you by phone call, SMS, or email asking for your password, OTP, or account credentials. If you receive such a message, do not respond and do not click any link. Contact support immediately at [email protected] to report it.
Trouble Logging In
The most common reasons players have trouble logging in are:
- Entering a different email or mobile number from the one used at registration
- A forgotten or incorrectly entered password – note that passwords are case-sensitive
- The OTP expiring before it's entered – request a new one if needed
- A mobile number that is inactive or unable to receive SMS messages
- The account being temporarily restricted by the support team pending verification

pcso1 automatically ends inactive sessions after a period of inactivity. This protects your account if you forget to log out, but it's still good practice to log out manually when stepping away from a shared device.
You can update your password, registered email, or registered mobile number from the account settings page once you're logged in. For significant changes like updating your registered mobile number, additional identity verification may be required by the support team before the change takes effect.
